Orscheln's Farm and Home. I doubt if you have any of those stores out where you live, but they handle pretty much the same brands of stuff as a TSC, and there are several other franchises that are also very similar.
For what it's worth, I priced the same battery at my local NAPA store. The NAPA store had it priced at $65, but theirs was a heavy duty rated battery. They no longer sell the less expensive version.
