In conversations I have had with some local experts and consulting my Precision Classics Farmall MD I have heard that the original MD's were a pair of 6 volts hooked in series with two boxes, one under the tank the other on the right of the seat.
Other experts say No, no, no...this was the first 12 volt Farmall and it ran a 12 volt battery under the tank.
My question to all is which is right? And if it is a two box setup where in the world do you get the box beside the seat? Whats it gonna cost!?!
Thanks in advance,
Scott
Go to caseih.com, select md, click on electrical system 134, two right side of seat battery boxes listed depending on sn. David
