Original problem: 3pt lift arms raised and then would not come back down. I took it to have it worked on and now the arms will only raise with the draft control not the lift control. I know this is not correct and it causes the arms to either be in the fully raised or lowered position (no in between). The gentleman that worked on it is perplexed as to what to do now. Any help would be appreciated.
