Best would be to put it in the M. The H has an 18 inch wide frame and the 460, although it has the 20 wide frame, narrows down to fit the same clutch housing bolt patern as the H. The M has the 20 inch frame width that was carried over to the 706 and larger tractors. Use the back plate from a tractor that has the 400 series engine. If you use the truck engine front plate just use the M frames. If you switch to a tractor front cover using the later frames will be easier.
I don't know about the flywheel. 400 series flywheels were available with both a 12 inch (same size as a super M) or a 14 inch clutch. How the OD will fit in the clutch housing or what it will take for a starter someone else will probably know.
