FAB 65190 is the serial number. It was built in Chicago in 1941. The other codes you found, 5 23 K and 6 30 K are date codes for the individual castings. They are the days the parts were cast in the foundry. They would have been machind into finished parts at a later date then used to assemble the tractor at an even later date. The dates are May 23, 1941 and June 30, 1941. The month and day are fairly obvious. The year code you just have to know. You may find other date codes on other large castings (bell housing, final drive housings etc.).
