Hi Butch , You don't need to get to concerned with the details . Just let the location information and time you will be having it out and they will come ! It does help to have some food and entertainment lined up but the entertainment really should be the plowing . Food is kinda manditory . If food isn't offered around here then the tractors are filled with fuel when the plowing is over . Food's cheaper these days ! If you are looking to make it a late night party too then some sort of shelter and entertainment would be in order . Or ask folks to bring what they play and have a bon fire . It's the fun that's the draw . It might start small but keep doing it year after year and word will get out . Good luck ! ...Randy
