Lots of good ideas here, I"ve seen the grease gun trick work. I"ve also heard you can do the same thing with a fitting and the reomte hydraulics from another tractor or a porta power, I remember my brother taking an old farmall H engine that had been sitting with no head on it for years and finally getting it apart by taking a pressure washer and coming in from the bottom side and blasting around the pistons till the water would blow thru on the top side. after that the pistons came right out and we were able to save the crank and rods. have also been told that taking the head off and hitting the piston with a shot of propane to freeze the piston and then wacking it with a hammer and block of wood will sometimes work.
