Tractor club members are coming to the rescue. But we have to find a mutual time to meet. I work mon - fri, and they are church-going folk, which only leaves saturdays or nights, which I'm pretty busy lately. I did get a replacement bolt from the junkyard, but have to figure out what we are going to do about the stud.
A YT member told me in an e-mail that he had a junk H grill and would cut out the part I needed to patch with. It may be in the mail already for all I know. I haven't found an original insert in good condition yet. I've heard the remade ones don't quiet fit right. When I'm ready for it I'll ask more opinions on that, and may get a new one unless I stumble across an orginal, or someone tells me they have one.
