I hate to be the bearer ofbad news but it sounds like the reverser gear is shot,, I wen tthrough this with one of my 340 dozers with the reverser,, when you open your transmission where the reverser unit is there is a good chance you are going to see this 800 dollar plus,, part stripped out,, if you are lucky that will be the only one,, not the collar and etc,,,,,,upwards of a $2000,,bill, thats only parts,,
