Mike, if the picture is what you can buy, do it. The earlier Hs did have 10 inch rims, but at some point that may have changed to 11 inch. The size on the tire is what gets confusing because the original tires were 10x38, and that size was then replaced with 11x38, and then that same tire became a 12.4x38. Basically the tires did not change. What did change was how the tires are measured. So it is entirely possible that the 12.4x38 tires in that picture might actually be mounted on the 10 inch wide rims, and even if those rims are 11 inch, it won't make a speck of difference.
