If it breaks at the Knot, look carefully at the knotter to inspect gripping force, cam wear, roller/follower wear, or cuttre dullness. Compare the two sides for operation. Hand roll the system slowly and trip the knotter while watching it tie. If it is in the twine away from the knot, look to a bad roll of twine. Test some compared to the other roll to break point. Also the bales might be too tight, making the twine so tight it breaks. Worn twine guides can also dammage the strands causing failure. These are just l=places to look, as it is truely difficult to assess the problem if watching it in person. Keep your hands and clothing away from moving parts, "look, don't touch while running. JimN
