Sprout, Wish I could offer help but I"ve never run across such a thing. Machine shop with a big press comes to mind with regard to cold pressing those rivets. If your tractor will see mild use and pulling on that draw bar perhaps that may be a way to go, but not sure. Good luck. Have you had an opportunity to see what is keeping the brake lever rod assembly (dissappears into the axle drop housing)in place that the brake lever attaches to? A previous owner welded the brake lever to the rod assembly on my F-20 and I was wanting to change it out. So was wondering what lay ahead.
