I am getting the picture that the bale is dropping on the ground with one good twine on it and the other is staying in the baler, wrapped around the billhook. Is this correct? If so: Knots hanging on the billhook are caused by several different conditions. One, there may be too much tension on the billhook cam;loosen billhook cam adjusting screw. Two, rough billhook, smooth off with fine emery paper. Three, Knife stripper not contacting back of bill hook. Bend it slightly to correct. Four: Knife arm not traveling far enough; again bend to adjust. Five: Twine slipping out of twine holder while bale is being packed; increase tension on twine holder spring. Do you have a manual for the machine?
