Back the timing down to what i told ya as you will have a piston seizure . And all the later I H gasser need the 93 octain or the same thing will happen . And ya need to run a low ash oil or ya will eat exhaust valves . i have run many 706 gassers and know every inch of them . Now IF by chance that one was updated to the 291 then ya have to lay back the timing even more but with out pullen the head most times ya have know way of knowen unless the man that made the upgrade stamped the block by the old CID stamp . When i do and upgrade i restamp the block.
