I work mine hard. I use only HD SAE 30 weight in all of mine. They have ran for 50 and 60 years with this in them. I like Kendall, Wolfshead. Lots of others that are fine too. 15/40 works OK too. Shell Rotella or Delo 400 is hard to beat.
