Dependin' what you want it for and what you're willing to put into it, it ain't in all that bad a shape to my eye. Whether it runs or not would be the big factor, but the tin (except for the grill) and the air cleaner look to be be pretty straight. You'll need a muffler and an oil breather (both easily had) and two new front tires (mebbe rears, too, can't tell).
I'm curious about what that framework around the rear of the tranny cover/seat platform might be for.
