I think that would be a fair offer becasue of the repairs that the tractor needs. I always start my offers at scrap price if it is in poor condition or the engine is stuck. A person has to be careful doing it my way becasue a person may be insulted by the price. I normally start out by saying" It"s your propery, you have to tell me what you need for this tractor". Im still finding running tractors for under 500. Be patient any you will find a deal.
