the way i see it if you are going to restore the tractor and it runs it dosent matter to me how many people have used it becuase im going to fix everyhting thats wrong with it and im 16 by the way so i really dont know all that much so if it runs and drives the rest i can fix.. brakes oil leak electrical etc i can fix after the few pulls i am going to repaint ....sorry went off a little bit but anyways theres going to be a diffrence between a 1 owner tractor and a 15 owner tractor because each owner probly fixed something and for some reason they sold it yes you should call the guy out on it becuase hes still ieing no matter what its about
