A few H's had 36 inch wheels, but most have 38's on them. My M travels a little faster than my H, but I think it mostly because I have the M turning a few more RPM's. Either will cruise along pretty good. Lot of room between 4th and 5th on both models. Haven't gotten to use the H much, but the M will ease right up hills without needing 4th.
