The lift all has a relief (much lower than that, less than 1000psi) the lift all control rod can have a new little detent brazed to the under side to hold it back in the on position. As long as the valve you install is an open center device, when the valve handle is in the middle, it will be fine. When not using the hydraulic, it is probably good to put it back in the hold position of the stock detent stub. Plumb the return line into the bottom drain plug with a T. the use of a T on the fill plug causes oil to come out the cap. If the devices use two way cylinders, and you check the oil as they get used to working, all will be fine. JimN
