Just a quick comment: There were 2 models of the 15-30. The second model was eventually labeled 22-36. I think the difference is in the bore. At first, I believe that IHC called the changed tractor "the new 15-30." Somewhere I probably have this info, and will look it up and pass it on if I can find it. Might affect your search for parts for the engine. Did the increased bore mean a different block? Don't know. These tractors had cylinder sleeves, so maybe the change could have been made just in the sleeve. Or would a slightly larger bore in the same casting have allowed a sleeve with a larger bore? Thinking out loud and obviously not giving much useful info.
