First, I would like to thank you for your time. The only two things that I can see, that are different between the two tractors are,the one with the power steering has a small fitting coming out the bottom of the reg/saftey valve that the hose going to the P/S actuator attaches to, and has a flow control retainer in the side of the same block. The other system has a pipe plug instead of the that retainer. I have had the reg./safety valve apart about five times. Of course it is very possible that because I am not famialiar with hydraulics, that I may not recognize the problem when I see it. My intent was to swap parts between these two tractors until I found what the problem was, but I chose not to screw up a system that was working. Thank you SDE
