Well it vary well could be a blowen gskt and O/Ring in the MCV or ya may have stripped the splines on the IDPTO input as this is what runns the hyd. pumps and PTO and if that is gone then the tractor will not move . IF the PTO works then here with out running a couple pressure checks i can not say for sure . OR like ya said you clutch is toast .OR it even could be a twisted off input shaft going into the T/A.
