If you have an unmarked gauge, then I understand your clock face description. The real pressure should be above 60 when cold and stay above 20 when hot and above idle. (assumes good fresh oil like 15-40, or 10-40) If lower, or you are nervous, pull off the oil pan and check over the oil pump, and pickup screen. Those oil pumps have had issues with warped end plates. They can be flat sanded on a piece of glass to make them seal again. Look in the archives (search for) above for H oil pump repair. JimN
