You need to be aware. Simple words and phrses are sometimes meant as a smoke screen, ie. "a runner", "one owner or two owner tractor" "rebuilt"
"parade ready". Some one purhasing a "rebuilt tractor" without benefit of knowing who rebuilt it is asking for trouble. Be aware and don't be concerned that you might be asking to many or elementary questions.
Let them know when the deal is done you are n ot apposed to c`amping on their front door step if things are not above board. I will incurr sustantial expenses above and beyond those initialy spent to right things if expectations are not met.
