The futility of plowing snow

I've been reading from time to time on this board the problems encountered when trying to remove snow with a tractor and blade. I've always wondered why any one would even want to attempt to do such a thing.
I ran across the following article that pertains to this very subject and thought some of you all might also be interested in it. Be ye forewarned, however, that if you are from up north and are easily offended, or if you don't have a sense of humor, you probably won't appreciate this column from the pen of columnist Gene Owens.
