Well, that one hit it right. Youall only get a little snow, and its fun, and then it goes away. Up here, we will plow it if it's over 6 inches, because it will stay a few weeks or so. My brother Darrel and my other brother Darrel who both live in Vermont, plow more frequently, since if they dont, they stay home for 5 months. One brother called the other day to get advise on fixing his old jeep pickup that he plows with, telling me he had a foot of snow, and another foot expected, and he had no room to put it, since the snow from the past few months was still there. The other brother lives in sight of canada, and he said when he drives to work, he can't see any houses, because the snow banks along the roads are so high. He had to shovel the snow off the roof of his garage, and when he was done, the sides of the garage were not visible. I can tell you that snow is fun the first few days, but after 5 months, its not so much fun. They have only closed school for snow once in 20 years. Sure glad I dont live in vermont anymore. The old timers up there say that Vermont has 10 months of winter, and 2 months of poor sledding.
