I just got a set of tires chains for my BN and will need to set the rear tires wider so the chains don't hit the fenders. To do this I will need to swap the tires left to right. How difficult/dangerous is this? I don't have a chain fall in my garage and these tires are loaded and thus pretty heavy. Any advice? For Joe Rhodes-my BN came ,used, with 10-24 rear tires. My dealer says that was the origional size but are no longer available. My replacements are 11.2-24 which seem to be about 2" taller. For everyone-I found this site about 6 months ago and have found it very informative and enjoyable. I have asked and answered questions as Dave not realizing how many Dave's there would be. So now I will use Dave BN, since I own a Farmall BN. Thanks. Dave BN.
