I went through the frozen lock stud routine on my M. Got it loose with heat and vibration. However, I haven't been able to get the adjusting side of the pulley to turn. I've hit it as hard as I dare with a drift, but I'm afraid of breaking the casting. And I've soaked it with penetrating oil a couple of times. It isn't critical now, turns the water pump and alternator okay, but the belts do slip when things get wet with melted snow. Got a good trick for the pulley? I need it!
