On both my tractors (SH and SM) the part numbers in the tractor parts catalog match the IHC part numbers I find stamped on the OEM seals when I remove them.
I phone the IHC part numbers to the counterperson at Kaman - he crosses them with the Chicago or National part numbers.
Note: Many (most?) of the modern seals will be about 1/2 the thickness of the IHC OEM leather seals. This is not a problem. I've had excellent luck installing new seals so the outer seal face is flush with the housing it fits into. Or if there's a wear groove worn in the shaft from the old seal simply position the new seal in far enough the seal lip rides on an unwork area of the shaft.
(Some people like to install TWO seals in place of the single original thick seal. My experience however has been this is unnecessary).
