My SMTA, like many, is equipted with a hydraulis remote and the lift-all system, but no longer has the belt pully. My question is, is the lift-all able to be used as a second remote, that is, to run a 2nd cylinder independently of the hyd. remote as direct lift? If so, is it just a matter of attaching hoses to the outlets on the back of the reservoir, and use the lift-all control rod the same as the remote control or was it simply not designed to work this way at all? Is the lift-all purly hyd. lift and gravity return? According to the opp.man. the top outlet was routed through the belt pully which, as I said, is no longer on the tractor.
