Yes, there were at least 3 different types of pumps used on the WD-9/600/650 tractors. But you should be able to take one off and any of the other 2 will bolt right in place on the engine.

Be a good idea to keep the injectors with the pump too. Also, on some variations there will be a slightly different configuration of lines coming into the pump from the filters, so look those over beforehand too.

A manual would be helpfull as well to ensure getting the replacement pump in correct time. I believer the I&T manuals show this fairly clearly.
