Pat, it could be a 21 as Scotty said or a 24. They look almost identical. I have one of each and the only difference I can see is the 21 has one spring on the back and the 24 has two. They called this a heavy duty mower. If you email me, I can send pics of both. I have mowed many acres over the years with mine. Like said it is a fairly straight forward mounting. You need the axle clamps and it bolts right up. It can mount in the right hand axle notches or left. They are very good mowers. They do rattle and shake a bit, but that is normal for most pitman mowers. They ride very close to the ground which will stick you when crossing ditches and such. When in good shape that mower and a good C/SC will mow with anyones outfit. Better than most.
