I would have the head reworked at your local auto machine shop and have it magnafluxed for cracks. If the engine is stuck I would pour ATF into the cylinders and let it soak. You should loosen the main and rod caps. You may need to use a piece of 2X2 oak and a hammer to drive out the pistons. If the sleeves are pitted you may need to split the tractor and redo the engine.
