You may have one of the sleeve seal's leaking. You would need to remove the pan after draining the oil and shine a light around the base of the sleeves and see if any are wet with antifreeze.
Set a clean container under the engine over night and see if any drips into the container. That antifreeze isn't too good on bearings. To replace those seals is almost a complete engine teardown to get to the seals. The head, oil pan and rods & pistons would have to be removed. Good winter project. Hal
