I think that the return line going into the oil cooler is to small to allow good flow thru the heater . And at the moment i am drawen a blank on where else to put the return . IF i get out to the frm this afternoon i'll look at mine but mine is a early 806 and there are some changes between it and the ones that came out in late 64 or 65 not sure on the date of the changes . But since i have never had a cab on one and all i have ever installed are the block heater i may be tellen ya wrong.
