I agree with ScottyHOMEy, If the seat is the issue, it is either cracked (unfixable) or can be dressed with a drill that is sharpened to a point that is "pointier than a regular bit at 118 degrees, but not like a pencil. Probably about 85 degrees. used with finger turning only through a piece of rubber tubing that fits into the threads and keeps the drill centered. Do not take off much at all, it is soft. Use a jewelers loupe to get a close look at the seat before taking action. JimN
