there may be a check valve on the loader that is stuck open. there is a valve available that will allow full flow one way on hydraulics and limit the return flow so the implement doesnt drop. it could be located where the hydraulic line hooks to the elbow at the all pump on the tractor, or at the end of the line where it hooks to the loader cylinder.it should be about the size of a pioneer female hydraulic coupling, maybe a little bigger. there is a check ball inside that limits flow. maybe dirt or something is blocking the check ball.
