I'm trying to help my neighbor with his 895 he uses for hay cutting/baling. The problem is the steering wheel has alot of vibration. It's enough to make your hands sore after a few hours of operation. The tractor steers easily and seems in good shape with all the oil changes documented in the owners manual. My neighbor took it to a dealership and they ran diagnostic tests on the hydraulic system but couldn't find anything wrong. At some point the hydraulic pump was changed for a less GPM unit but the vibration got worse. It also gets worse when hot. My neighbor has spent a few thousand trying to get this issue resolved. Does anyone have any experience with this type of problem? One more thing. He keeps the remote lever up at all times and uses 2 valves mounted on the fender for dual remotes. Could this have damaged something and be causing this problem?
