The throttle on my SH is not working correctly. I cannot get the throttle to smoothly slow the engine. In order slow the engine I have to push the lever quickly and all the way and adjust back to keep the engine from dying. To speed up the engine I have to do the same process. I suspect something in the governor is not right. Any help would be appreciated.
