Each have there good and bad points. Weights are sort of easy to change out if your real strong that is. Fluid puts the wiehgt right on the tread of the tires not on a cushion of air so I my self feel the fluid works better most of the time. As for as the problem of rim rust I use Wind shield wiper fluid in my tires now days. It will not rust the rims, plus if it does leak it will not kill the grass for years to come and also doesn't freeze. It does cost a little bit more to put in but it you watch you can get it on sale for a little bit more then a buck a Gal.
