Scott,They will come out with the right equiptment,Ive got 6 F series tractors and they all come out a little tight. Dont beat or destroy your parts take it to a shope that has a large press or borrow a good sleeve puller from a tractor dealer.Parts can become expensive.Keep in mind these motors are easy to work on and are very forgiving,you might be better of to just do a inframe rebuild than to invest a lot of money
