There are carb. rebuild companies that will do these things for a somewhat reasonable price. I did both a "Carter" and an old "Zenith" using a local rebuild shop with excelent results and had esencially new carburators. I was fortunate in that the owner was about 90 years old and knew these carbs inside and out. You might consider checking into a loacal rebuild shop that specializes in Carbs. You can see that the knowledge base was not there to help you with your question so this may be something that a lot of people are not good at. The shop might be willing to take the parts off your hand if you can't return them. If you are not pushed for time, send me an email and I will get you in touch with the shop I used. You could ship the unit UPS to Atlanta and have a relatively new carburator in about two to three weeks. LMack
