Mike that is my thinking since I barely moved it last time. I would guess that the fresh gas has slowly dissolved some of the old varnish in the bottom of the tank over the last 80 days and it is now partially blocking the fuel strainer inlet when it is sloshing around. Just flushing out the tank in November with 15 gallons of gas apparently was not enough to clean the tank.
