Sheesh man, it's just a bunch of essentially FREE water and a few dollars' worth of Calcium Chloride pellets... It costs them more money to drive out to your place and pump it than it's worth, especially with fuel being as high as it is. Best you could hope for is if they'd come and pump it out for free, but that's not gonna happen these days unless you buy a pair of tires, have them delivered and installed...
