Will it bolt up with no modifications? No.
Can it be made to fit with a little creativity and fabrication? Yes.
The 4-bolts that hold the main casting of the front end to the tractor have the same spacing from the H thru 1256 for sure (I've measured)... however, the steering arm will need to modified, along with the rear mounts/stay rod support for the front end.
It can be done, but the front of your tractor might be kinda high...
