Since it was cold, there might be ice in the engine somewhere. Try running it in warmer weather if possible and see if you still have no oil pressure. If it has oil pressure in the warmer weather, warm up the engine and change the engine oil and filter. Also make sure you are using a good winter engine oil. Don't run it with no pressure or you will damage the engine.
