Frankly, if your kids aren't big/strong enough to push the clutch pedal, they shouldn't be on the track. It's one thing to let them piddle-poke around the yard, but will the kid have the good sense to hit the kill switch if the tires hook up good and the tractor starts flipping over backwards as it's roaring down the track at full throttle? Kids, especially little kids, are prone to panicing and freezing up when presented with something unexpected, no matter how many times you tell them what to do in that situation.
