If it's hydraulics Cub and Super A in 1947. 3 point hitch would be most of the British tractors around 1953, Super BMD would have been first followed by B-250. If you want the first American built IH with true 3 point hitch, then it would have been 404, 504 and 606 in 1961.
If IH never put it on the market as in the 10-20 IPTO it couldn't be considered a viable first. Same with those hitch conversions on 240, 340 and 460, couldn't really be considered a true 3 point hitch.
