Thanks for all your suggestions guys. I have been through and checked/tightened all the fuel lines. I have checked for blockages from the fuel tank too. Everything seems tight and their is tons of fuel feeding from the small fuel pump over to the fuel filter.
I have bled the system again and it has started first time. I also took the oil filled air filter off and replaced the oil in this.
I have taken some photos to see if the fuel injector pump can be identified. It is fed via to fuel lines from the canister fuel filter. It also has a pipe that comes down from the exhaust manifold and goes into the front of the case where I assume the drive cog is.
